As a traveling surgical tech working in open heart surgery, Ive stayed in many rentals, and this one truly stood out. During my recent contract in York, PA, I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful Victorian home located in the historic district. The home itself was full of charm, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortableperfect for unwinding after long, demanding days at the hospital. It offered a great balance of character and functionality, making it feel like a true home away from home. The landlords were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. I would highly recommend this rental to any traveling professionals or anyone looking for a unique and comfortable place to stay. I would absolutely stay here again!

Con men

The landlords charged us $1800 security deposit and $750 pet deposit for a 4 month lease. After one month they told us we had to vacate because our dogs bark and we smoked outside on the porch . We bought new bedding, towels , wash cloths and couch covers, so we didnt damage theres. All this expense so that wed get our security deposit back. No such luck , they kept $2,250.00 of our money . This is there business plan . They change renters every 2 months and keep their deposits . Do not trust them !

SAVE YOURSELF THE HEARTACHE

Unfortunately I only have a 1000 character limit, otherwise this review would be MUCH longer. The short of it is that these men evicted my entire family from the property because my step dad smoked a cigarette OUTSIDE. Hand to god. They did this to us right after we had just lost our house to an electrical fire. We were good tenants and they simply wanted to find any reason they could to evict us from the home. They already knew that my parents were smokers and had conversations with them while my parents had cigarettes in their hands. They took advantage of a grieving family in more ways than one; financially and emotionally. Overcharged my parents on numerous things and disregarded their efforts and hard work. We never missed a payment.
