Quiet, Convenient and Private

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ace's place. I ended up staying for a lot longer than expected. Ace was extremely flexible, knowledgeable, kind and professional while accommodating my needs. I always could reach out by text and get questions answered promptly. Everything worked: appliances, keuric, AC washer/dryer in unit, entertainment and TV in each room. I particularly appreciated being able to borrow dishes and cookware and I made alot of great meals there. I had a ton of privacy at this spot which was great for me because of my heavy work stress and needing a quiet noise free environment to come home too, and the parking was secured. close freeway access to LB, LA or the OC. The condo complex was full of family's but it was quiet. Around the corner is a nice park where a diverse community uses to exercise everyday if you don't have gym access. Five stars for Ace's place in Paramount, CA!

Brand New Everything!

Ace kept this home so clean it felt like moving in to a brand new place. Brand new appliances, perfectly laid out floor plan. He was very respectful of my privacy and extremely accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Ace!
