Amazing stay!
Was such a great place to stay and quiet neighborhood very clean house and everything you think you ever would need. Penny was an amazing host, would 100% stay again .

Convenient Condo
This is a great condo with ample room and every amenity imaginable for your stay. From a spatula to spices to soaps and detergents, sheets, towels and everything else, this condo comes fully furnished and fully equipped! Property manager and owner are super nice and extremely helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Place in a great location!
The house is super spacious and freshly remodeled! The master bedroom and bathroom are enormous, and the entire house is very clean. The location is easy to find and in close proximity to all you will need in Knoxville and the medical centers, which was very convenient for us. The house has a TV in all the rooms and all the amenities we needed. Communication with the property manager Penny has been seamless. Penny is an absolute gem and was extremely helpful in ensuring we had a smooth move in day. The owner even took time out to come by and see that we had all that we needed. I am so thankful we found this place and the amazing people that manage it.
