Convenient Fairfield apartment in nice neighborhood

Fairfield Home Away from Home

This was a terrific apartment for us while we renovated our own home. Duncan was incredibly responsive. For example, the dryer broke while he was out of town but arranged it to be serviced the next day. The backyard is beautiful and the apartment was well maintained and adequately equipped. The only challenge was parking, which we knew going in because we had 2 cars. We made it work with on-street parking. Highly recommend it and the Landlord!

Good stay!

Duncan is a responsive host. The place itself is cute and cozy. The property is quiet and in a good location to the I-95 and downtown Fairfield. The only thing we didn't like was parking across the street, and Duncan was willing to work with us on driveway time but my schedule was too variable.

Clean and quiet

I stayed here for 2 months and it worked well for what I needed. The place was clean, quiet, and I didnt run into any major issues during my stay. It's close to I-95 so it's convenient. Overall, a solid experience.
