Good stay!
Duncan is a responsive host. The place itself is cute and cozy. The property is quiet and in a good location to the I-95 and downtown Fairfield. The only thing we didn't like was parking across the street, and Duncan was willing to work with us on driveway time but my schedule was too variable.

Clean and quiet
I stayed here for 2 months and it worked well for what I needed. The place was clean, quiet, and I didnt run into any major issues during my stay. It's close to I-95 so it's convenient. Overall, a solid experience.
