Nice place close to BART

I've enjoyed my stay here as it's only a ~10 min walk from the South Hayward BART. Nice neighborhood, mostly families. Not too far from groceries and some fast food restaurants. Landlord is friendly.

Exceptional Stay in Hayward!

This private room in Hayward was absolutely perfect for my working professional needs! The description of a clean, quiet home in a safe, well-connected neighborhood was spot on. The location is fantastic: a super quick 10-minute walk to the South Hayward BART station and near SoHay Park for a relaxing break. Plus, having quick access to I-880 and CA-92 is a huge plus for driving. My room (Room 2) was a comfortable, quiet, and peaceful space, ideal for focused work or study. Having all utilities included in the $$1,400/month rent is a great value. The included amenities like the washer and dryer, air conditioning, and full-size fridge made the stay feel easy and convenient. The landlord, Ayo, was respectful and responsive, truly committed to making the stay smooth and stress-free. I appreciate that they value cleanliness and good energy. I highly recommend this property to fellow travel nurses, remote employees, or students looking for a top-notch place in the Bay Area!

Beautiful home to stay in!

If you're searching for a convenient place to stay in Hayward, would highly recommend renting a room here. Ayo is a thoughtful and gracious host, and very friendly to be around! The home is spacious and clean, and brings you wonderful views of the mountains at sunrise/sunset :)
