This "company" dont follow laws

I didn't have a smoke detector the whole time. I didn't get the fridge I was promised. He's ignored every time I try to get ahold of him. He wouldn't let me talk to the people whose names on the actual contract. And he refuses to answer any questions about my deposit which is probably owed in triplicate now. If you prefer shady business and dangerous living environment and staying in a legally uninhabitable place this is def the right business for you.

Awesome Private Room in Roslindale

This is a perfect quiet room for anyone traveling or studying in Roslindale or the Boston area. The entire house was newly renovated, and all the bathroom and kitchen appliances were brand new. My room had a walk-in closet, a desk, and provided bed sheets. The shared kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, and plates, which made moving in much easier. There was also a designated space for my personal food items. The management company went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and was always quick to answer any questions. Transportation was convenient, with several bus routes close by that made getting to downtown simple. Housemates with cars said parking was always available, which is rare in Boston. Stop & Shop was also a short walk or drive away for groceries. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and would recommend this place to anyone looking for clean, reliable short-term housing.
