Cozy Condo

To my fellow travelers, if you find yourself in PV look this place up. Coleen is an ideal roommate. She is attentive to details, communicates effectively, gives the perfect mix of privacy and conversation. I felt fortunate to have this space to call home after a long day of work or fun. Parking is easy, laundry is conveniently located, private bathroom is a bonus! The pool, hot tub and small gym are easy to access. The neighbors are friendly and I felt very safe, no matter what time of day I returned to the condo. The location is exceptional. I am always interested in exploring new areas and I was constantly on the go. The Botanic Gardens are within walking distance (get the year pass, it's worth it). Take the ferry to Catalina Island, so many hikes, restaurants and shops to explore. Check out the Doughnut Hut in Burbank. Tansy's on Magnolia Blvd. The Friendship Bell in San Pedro (visit the Busy Bee market, they only take cash) and so much more.

Peaceful Oasis Great Location

I had the pleasure of staying here, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The property is a lush, green oasis beautifully maintained and serene, overlooking a small pond and a waterfall. The amenities are outstanding: clean modern laundry, a sparkling pool, a well-equipped workout room, game area, and a relaxing hot tub that made every day feel like a retreat. The location could not be more convenient, with easy access to everything I needed, a quick drive to the ocean, and right next-door to the botanical gardens. The option for convenient covered parking was a huge plus. Not only is it a quiet neighborhood, the suite you stay in is also incredibly private and wonderfully quiet, which made it perfect for both work and relaxation. The hostess is warm, welcoming, and attentive, making me feel right at home while still giving me complete privacy. This balance of hospitality and independence made my stay truly enjoyable.
