Fantastic Housing for Internship

Can not recommend this condo more! Emily is the sweetest and dealt with every issue expediently. Kitchen had every implement I could possibly need, house was always spotless and kept very cool during the summer. Walking distance from several grocery stores and lower Greenville restaurants. Rent is extremely reasonable for the location in my opinion. Didn't have a single issue with the bathroom or kitchen while being on relatively similar schedules.

The condo is in a safe, quiet area close to white rock lake and lower greenville. The apartment is really cute and clean, and Emily is super sweet and very accommodating! Highly recommend, I would definitely stay here again!

Cozy, cute, great area

I had such a great three-month stay here and honestly couldn't have asked for a better setup! The apartment is extremely cute, cozy, and comfortable. Even though we shared a bathroom, it was never an issue -not once during my stay did we need it at the same time, and I always had my privacy. There's also an extra half bath downstairs, which was a great bonus. Everything worked really smoothly. I'm a night shifter, and my roommate was genuinely so kind and thoughtful- she helped take my dog out at night while I was at work and in the mornings if I was getting home late, which meant so much to me!! On days she wasn't home, I used a dog walker. It was incredibly generous and made my schedule so much easier. There weren't blackout curtains, but I easily pinned up my own and it worked perfectly. She always asked for feedback and even stocked Nespresso pods she let me use! The location is also amazing- about a 5-7 minute drive to Lower Greenville, my favorite area in Dallas! 10/10 stay.
