Landlord is easy to work with very accommodating.
I actually ended up in a different house due to availability mismatch, so I cant speak to the house itself, but Jaime was great to work with through the entire process! I cant recommend him enough. I would definitely consider this in the future!

Jaime is the Best!
I stayed here for a couple of months and without a doubt I can say Jaime made the entire stay exceptional. I have used furnished finders for a couple of years now and I can confidently say Jaime has been the most helpful landlord Ive had. Whether it was maintaining the lawn, or fixing something in the house Jaime was available. Easy to reach, reasonable and to top it off a very safe and cozy home. I would highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a convenient home in a quiet neighborhood close to Texas Tech.
