Not a pleasant experience
I spent six months here and it was a horrible experience. If you want to be treated like a child and micromanaged, this is the place. Your room will be entered repeatedly when you're gone. The landlord is home constantly and runs the TV/speakers/subwoofer loud about 16 hours a day. Real aggressive when bothered by something. You can't leave any trace of your existence in the bathroom that is yours to use. Imagine getting in the shower and your towel or shampoo is missing and put back in your room. Toothbrush/toothpaste to be kept in your room, not even allowed in the drawer. Be careful what you put in the refrigerator. If you have a car it will be difficult to find parking in the neighborhood at night. I was shorted out of my full deposit when I left. I've rented rooms in multiple places over the years and it was always a good experience until this one.
