Must like dog. Dog is our property security & family pet. Ocean view from unit lanai is beautiful and the tradewinds keeps unit cool, but if you feeling hot we have AC. Wifi is good.
Neighbors are friendly and we are 10 - 20 minutes from all stores, Hospital, restaurants, Costco, banks, beaches, and much more. We are 3 miles from on and off ramp to Hwy going either direction.

This unit has a spectacular view, great tradewinds that keeps unit cool, but if it get to humid for you, we do have AC.

Home is on top of hill, in cul-de-sac, and the neighborhood is beautiful and safe. Our security dog on premises.
