This cute, little casita is nestled between a duplex and garages, making it secluded and safe. The neighborhood is quiet and family oriented. My neighbors in the duplex are very kind and friendly, I do have a little dog, who's sweet and hypoallergenic, but I sometimes watch my friends dogs as well.

Room for rent in a cute, little casita. I do live here as well, however, I'm rarely home. The room is a good size with a dresser, TV, and a lock for the door. It is possible for you to have a guest, but it needs to be discussed first. No couples
