Private downstairs bedroom (not basement), TV / sitting area and bathroom

This is a split-level, mid-century modern house in North Bouider, close to coffee shop, Safeway, dry cleaning, etc. The room has private access and is NOT in the basement, but in the lower level of the house. You'll have access to our home gym. We have two miniature Daschunds who love Nurses!
