Wondeful Stay
My boyfriend and I stayed in this unit for 3 months while our home was being renovated. LOCATION: This apartment is in the perfect location, a couple blocks walk from downtown, but tucked away in a cute neighborhood. Lots of nearby restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, entertainment and nature. TIP: check out Contra Costa Cinemas on Tuesdays for $5 movies! AMENTITIES: This apartment is perfectly stocked. The decor is really nice: simple and inviting. The kitchen is well stocked with any tools you might need. The washer and dryer work great! The beds are super comfy! Outside their are redwood trees around the property, providing shade and sounds of wildlife. COMMUNICATION: The landlord is very kind and very quick to respond. My only caution to people would be that there are families in the neighborhood that can be a bit loud during the daytime hours, so if your job requires you to sleep during the day, be sure to bring some earplugs!

Great Location
Was here on a 3 month work assignment at a local refinery. The drive to work is was less than 10 minutes. Outside of work, the location was perfect. The unit is in a very quiet neighborhood and only a couple blocks from downtown Martinez which offered great eating, coffee, bars and breweries. Every Sunday, theres a nice farmers market downtown as well. Unit is beyond furnished with full stock of essential items. Landlord communicates very well and is very responsive to needs. I highly recommend this option.
