Stylish & Cozy 1BR Retreat in the Heart of West Wash Park (3)

Absolutely Wonderful Stay!

This is the best place I've ever found on Furnished Finder, hands down. Carlos is an incredible host who is responsive and very kind. The space is very clean and well thought out - the washer and dryer work perfectly and are very quiet, the kitchen is excellent for an apartment of this size, and the bed is very comfortable. By far the best part of this place is the deck - we spent more than half of our time at home outside enjoying it. The parking spot in the alley was a huge plus. And, of course, the neighborhood is excellent - 5-10 minute walk to the grocery store, several great coffee shops, and a few really good restaurants. Plus, the bus downtown is a block away! Can't recommend this place highly enough!

The apartment is the perfect space. It's clean and well decorated. The porch is lovely when it warmer !! Nice neighborhood and well maintained.

Cozy place with everything you need with a nice, communicative, and flexible landlord!! Great spot near wash park and Broadway in a quiet neighborhood.

Perfect retreat right in Denver

This charming place was a perfect fit for my month-long stay in Denver. Superb location, very cute decor, and has everything you could need to cook, wash, study/work, etc. Carlos is a fantastic landlord: he is very easy to communicate with and cares about the tenant. I could not recommend this place more! If I am ever back in Denver, I will be staying here!!
