Our adorable cottage is a 504 square foot studio with a full kitchen and bathroom. Its private and quiet. Our 3-acre property is behind a gate and surrounded by giant fir trees. And yet we are literally three minutes to Fred Meyer and restaurants, banks, Pilates, Barre3 and a winery.

Perfect home away from home!
Arthur and Monica's cottage is so lovely. It has a vintage 1970s charm but updated with the typical modern comfortsI didn't think I'd need the AC but it really came in handy during a couple particularly hot days. Location was great for me, as well. The property feels tucked away in the middle of nature, but is still right near the center of Happy Valley. Great for visitors who want a quiet place to decompress at night without a long drive into the countryside. A little further from Downtown Portland, but that wasn't an issue for me. Overall, highly recommend!
