2-bedroom 1 bath cottage style, older home on pretty, tree lined street. Shared bathroom. Private bedroom with queen bed and dresser. 55-inch smart TV with Roku in the room. Bi-weekly housekeeping. Safe, friendly, quiet neighborhood of mostly older single-family homes. House has two senior dogs who stay in front of house away from hallway leading to bedrooms. Would like tenant comfortable with big dogs.
Space
Prefer female traveling nurse or student or similar, one person only. House has two fairly large senior dogs - a German shepherd mix and a pit mix. They are both good dogs and both about 12-13 years old. Bi-weekly housekeeping. Sorry, no overnight guests. I am a retired tech professional.
