The 630 square foot apartment is located on the second story of our house with a separate and private entrance via an exterior staircase. At the top of the stairs, there's a large, covered deck with an expansive view of Sonoma Mountain and Bennett Valley.

Inside, there's a large open area with the living room and kitchen. The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with full-size appliances and plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glasses...
