This is an older RV that we completely gutted and renovated. its perfect someone who is looking to try RV life for a bit. Has everything you need. Its a one bedroom, with the couch able to convert as well. We are a family of 7 who runs our homestead on the property. So there are chickens, a lot of grass, and a garden on the property. You're welcome to the orchard, and any quite sitting place you can find.

Cozy RV
The Meyer's place was a perfect stay for me. The RV is situated on their beautiful green property in the middle of town. 20 minutes from Phoenix Children's - Arrowhead, and 15 minutes from Phoenix Children's - Thomas. The farm is a family-friendly environment with a swing, hammock, and plenty of green grass to relax on days off. Covered parking was a big plus! The inside of the RV was room enough for me, great working AC and heater for during the wintertime. The washer and dryer were another HUGE plus! A great stay. Would recommend if you're up for something different, small, and a little adventure.
