Had a lovely stay at this property

This is a lovely apartment, five minutes to the beach with beautiful sunset views. Has all the essentials including washer dryer and dishwasher and allows pets. I had a comfortable stay. It is an easy in and out of the town. The gazebo is nice to sit outdoors on warmer days. The landlord is very responsive and reachable. He was able to accommodate all of my requests promptly. The parking lot needs grading and resurfacing. It forms a big puddle when it rains. The landlord has been informed and said he will take care of it.

Great place

We stayed here for 3 months, it was just what we needed. The place includes all the necessities, it is cozy and in a good neighborhood. We enjoyed our walks to the beach or to get coffee with our dog. This unit is close to major stores and only 20 minutes to the MBTA. Frank was great to work with as well, he was very attentive and reasonably flexible. If we are back we will stay here for sure!
