I love this property. The house was fully remodeled in 2023, and constant improvements for the guest experience are being made. Neighborhood has a private feel and quick access to freeway/I-90, and is located a short drive of all medical facilities in the CDA area, particularly Kootenai Health. Downtown/waterfront is a 5 minute drive, and even walkable in about 25-30 minutes. A great park for kids and dogs is walking distance or not more than 1-minute drive. Great house, great location, great landlord
My wife and I stayed in this house for 2.5 months while we were waiting for our house to be finished, and it was the perfect situation for us! Richard is truly a great guy, so friendly and accommodating. The house is spacious and in an amazing location in CDA. We really enjoyed our time there, and would definitely stay again if we needed a place in the area!
