This home is on a quiet street with no through traffic. It is close to everything Charleston has to offer without the traffic.
The property backs up to the end of the marsh with a lot of folliage. There is one half acre of grassy area in case you have a pet. It is fenced in on 3 sides. Impossible to fence the forth side due to dence follage. No dog has ever escaped. There is nowhere to go.

I would prefer two or three guest. weekend visitor are welcome
