Gracious host in a great neighborhood

This quiet one-bedroom was perfect for my situation. My wife and I were going through a separation, and this place gave us a place to help us bird nest for our children while we sorted everything out. I ended up spending eight months here and really enjoyed everything, from the cozy setup of the place itself to the quiet, comfortable surrounding neighborhood and especially the graciousness of the landlord, Gloria, who went above and beyond for my stay. She was extremely understanding and accommodating to my situation, provided several basic house needs, including internet and took care of any in-home issues that needed to be fixed. She was very friendly to my kids when they would come and stay with me for days at a time. She even had her son fix up the old worn out basketball hoop in the driveway so my kids and I could play. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a short-term place to stay.
