Perfect ADU!!

Absolutely fantastic place with the greatest of hosts, Jon and Matthew. I stayed at the adorable bungalow in 2025-2026 for several months and it was absolutely perfect. It could not have been better in any respect. The bed is beautifully comfortable, the kitchen, bathroom, TV, living room - clean and just perfect! You cannot choose a better place to stay.

Rare Find - High-End, Brand New yet Historic, Exceptional Host

I had a wonderful stay at this Designer Woodland Hills Bungalow. The property is stunning with a total Palm Springs vibe; the neighborhood is super cute and only minutes from Kaiser. The bungalow offers complete privacy via a gated, secured patio and easy parking. Inside, it is perfectly set up for mid-term living with a fully equipped kitchen, high-end washer/dryer, and a beautiful bathroom with skylight. The living room is cozy with a smart TV, and the separate full bedroom features a sliding barn door and blackout curtains for total darkness. The comfortable queen bed includes multiple sets of linens. The 3-unit wardrobe offers ample storage plus a vacuum, hair dryer and more. Fast internet and utilities included. Jonathan is an accommodating, respectful, and fun host. Overall this bungalow is impeccable and rare find at this price. Thank you, Jon!
