THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!
My gf and I stayed here briefly for a contract at UK and fell in love! The entire home is so spacious, efficient and comfortable, especially for a tiny home. It's perfect for single occupants and even better for couples (although I don't recommend rooming with 3 or more strangers as it could feel crowded haha). We often found ourselves lounging in the living room or bedroom cozing up and reading to each other from the interesting book collection, magazines and brochures. We're not from Lexington so those helped out a lot. And when the weather was nicer, we would have a drink and listen to music out in backyard. This place is as charming as the old man who owns it. It feels like a memory plucked from childhood that brings about sense of nostalgia and comfort. We would move in and become pennant tenants if we could haha! But I guess we'll settle for a revisit. :)
