We recently had the opportunity to live in this great garden basement unit. Our experience was very positive. The property is well-maintained and is exactly as shown on pictures. Was a little worried about street parking, but was not an issue at all with provided parking permit. The location was convenient, with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation, which made daily errands and commuting simple. Worked at Washington Hospital Center and walked to work daily. The best part about the stay are the owners. Vejay and Tom were present and available, have great recommendations in the area as have lived there for years. We would highly recommend this property to anyone in need of a comfortable, turnkey short-term rental.

Lovely garden apartment!

We stayed here for 3 months and it was perfect. It very clean and comfortable, had all the kitchen utensils, bedding, everything we needed. Tom and Vijay were so friendly and accommodating and always made sure we had what we needed. Our move-in and move-out was flexible and easy. I would definitely recommend!
