and it NEVER gets old!

The living room is at the front of the house and gets lots of beautiful, dappled light. The large front window overlooks the private, front courtyard and gorgeous geraniums, succulent roses galore, Asian Star jasmine , and ivy- covered fence and arbor. The slate porch features Adirondack chairs for relaxing and enjoying the sea breeze. A Dutch door allows for the beauty of the outside to come in!

Dining room, off the kitchen. Table seats 6, but can be reduced to 4, if desired. Handmade custom shell chandelier! 2 sets of dishes to use. Lots of colorful linens! Make dinners special here at the beach!

All set for a wonderful seaside dinner party

Our home recently went through a massive remodel- design: upgraded electrical, plumbing, and flooring and en entirely new kitchen! These counters were custom-made in Chicago and flown here, after adding a VERY special touch.... Sea glass that we collected over the years is embedded into the countertops! The gorgeous countertops are sustainable, durable, and a huge highlight of our bright and sunny kitchen. Stainless steel gourmet appliances include an induction range w/ built-in air fryer, over the range microwave, a side by side Bosch fridge, and a whisper-quiet dishwasher. The enormous island has tons of counter space for flowers, bowls of fresh fruit and of course, meal prep, as well as tons of storage in the cabinets, below. Also, there is a large walk-in pantry in the kitchen.

The sunroom serves a s relaxing family room with a large wall-mounted TV, You overlook the plethora of hummingbirds in the back courtyard, as well as cafe lights and a firepit.

Another view of the warm & inviting sunroom. It has lots of comfy seating and a super cool collection of books about the ocean and living by the sea, sea glass, shells and driftwood in the display case. All collected here at Miramar Beach over the last 20+ years!

Primary bedroom in seperate wing- lots of natural light. Queen size, 4-poster bed, ensuite bathrooom, walk-in closet, tons of storage.

This is the other end of the primary bedrm. Custom painted dresser and custom-upholstered unique, vintage wingback chair. TONS of storage in 2 wardrobes, 2 large dressers and a full walk-in closet mean you can bring ALL your clothes!

This 2nd bdrm has a bed that serves as a twin or can be made into a REALLY comfortable king! Big clothing wardrobe in room, along with a set of wooden drawers. Bathroom is right next to bdrm.

This is the second bathroom, which is right across from the 2nd and 3rd bathroom, It features a gorgeous custom mirror, lots of shells from Miramar Beach, and a full bath and shower.

The back courtyard comes complete with maintenence- free Adirondack chairs and this back patio provide a respite for those wanting to enjoy quiet nights with a glass of wine. Or gather around the firepit with your friends or NEW 1st Ave neighbors.

Sit outside, on the back patio and enjoy breakfast, lunch , or dinner. Restaurants and the harbor are an easy walk and you can just grab takeout. Or you can buy salmon right off the boat in our harbor!
