Winter Stay at Pepperell Mill
We stayed 2 mos. in early 2026 at this Pepperell Mill condo in Biddeford, Maine. We worked remotely while exploring the area. Wonderful character in this former textile mill converted to condos and businesses. Exposed brick and old refinished wood floors. The large windows bring in a lot of light. Elevator access to Charlotte’s top floor condo with a balcony. Charlotte provided a parking pass. The condo is nicely furnished, the beds very comfortable, the showers spacious. The dining area worked as a remote office space. The Wi-Fi fast. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The chef’s kitchen is well-equipped. We cooked several meals while staying. The proximity of the numerous wonderful restaurants, breweries and pubs ensure you don’t need to cook at all if you prefer. This condo is literally downtown Biddeford. Daily service to Boston via Amtrak across the Saco River. Many beaches and preserves nearby. We loved the condo, hope to stay again.
