Spacious Furnished Master Suite in Peaceful Carmel Home

Outstanding Rental

I stayed on this beautiful property for about a year. It has 3 bedrooms. The landlord, Chip, lives in the finished basement floor and spends most of his time in his living space. I had the roomy and updated master on the main floor. There is another bedroom at the opposite end of the house so you have plenty of privacy and sound protection. Chip has occasional family guests (fourth bedroom not rented) which was fine for me. Chip also takes great care of the home and fixed any maintenance issues as soon as they arose and often in advance. Location is very nice and walkable if 2 miles isn't too much for you. Chip maintains a beautiful yard and grows flowers and vegetables. The indoors in adorned with living plants. The kitchen is well stocked with everything one needs for cooking on a gas stove, bbq and otherwise. Master has an additional small refrigerator which I found useful. There is genuine value for the rental price short term and longer. I would definitely rent this home again.
