Unprofessional and gross.
The property was filthy, with a strong cat and urine odor, moldy food/trash under bed and a dirty kitchen. The cat was aggressive, and the host was uncooperative despite repeated complaints and evidence of the issues. I have pictures of the filth and the temperature during my stay.
