Beware of landlord!!!

Landlord was pushy, requested money be wired directly not through Keycheck or a third party. I attributed this to her being a new landlord and trying to figure things out. I paid (the security deposit, cleaning fee and 1st moth rent) through Keycheck and used CashApp for the consecutive payments. On moving day, I cleaned, took photos and sent the landlord (in real time). A few days later, I inquired about the security deposit. Over a week later, she responded that she couldn't find a record of my security deposit & accused me of leaving her home in poor condition. I referred her to the photos and sent photos of the security deposit & signed lease (stating that the deposit be returned within 1 day of move out). Furthermore, the cleaning lady arrived a week after me moving and there was no evidence of damages. A cleaning fee was paid prior to move in. Once I reminded her that she was in violation of the lease & threatened to go to the police then she returned the deposit.
