Nice Spot Near a Lot!
Great little casita. It is a back house but pretty private from the front overall. Well furnished and the AC works well. I really like how it was walking distance to a lot of cool cafes and restaurants on Grand, and the really cool plant shop/cafe Pueblo. The area is definitely mixed, with some hipster types and some lower income. There are some homeless people nearby since it’s close to the Capitol, but no negative interactions and nobody trespassing on the property. Overall the convenient location close to the freeways, downtown, and work make it a great spot.

Lovely stay
This adorable guest house was the perfect place to stay in Phoenix! I enjoyed the various restaurants within walking distance as well as the proximity to everything DTPHX has to offer. The property itself was quiet and had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. I will definitely rebook here the next time I stay in Phoenix!
