located in the hills of BayOVista the property has amazing views in the backyard. There is very little traffic and the neighborhood is quiet and considered the best in San Leandro. For reference on the map; Highway 580 is 2 minutes away. Kaiser San Leandro & Highway 880 are about 8-9 minutes. Eden Hospital in Castro Valley is about 7 minutes.

Excellent Stay with Amazing Views and Great Location
I had an excellent experience staying at Bill’s property during my contract. The location was perfect, very close to my hospital, which made commuting extremely convenient after long shifts. The home sits up on the hill with an incredible view overlooking Oakland and even parts of San Francisco, which made the stay even more special. The property had all the amenities I needed and truly felt like a home away from home. It’s very comfortable, quiet, and well maintained, making it a great place to relax and recharge. Another huge plus was the street parking. There was always plenty available, which made things very easy. Bill was also a fantastic landlord. Communication was always smooth, and he was very responsive and helpful whenever anything came up. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property to other traveling professionals.
