Lovely garden cottage just a block off the beach in Oxnard. Gated community with great neighbors, large pool, hot tub and workout room. We have another home in the mountains and family in Florida, so we will be gone much of the time and you will have the home to yourself. We're looking for someone caring and reliable who will appreciate the beach environment and garden atmosphere.
