I moved to Evansville around a year ago. Within that time I have been through three different short-term leases three hotels just trying to find a place that could accommodate my needs. Ive now been with Zach for the last 5 months and extended again just because of what was pictured and offered was truly the real deal because what Ive found was not always the case, Its quiet and peaceful nice neighborhood and neighbors, Im in healthcare and work a lot and to be able to come home and not have to worry about loud noises and unsavory people makes this a great place for me to want to keep extending and staying here in this community of apartments.
