This place is just flat out cool. It is the home of the original Thornhill Wagon Factory build in the 1800s that burned down twice but was rebuilt. Now it is 13 units with business and monthly rentals. Our real estate office is in the building so we are closeby if you need anything at all during your stay. The units have soaring ceilings, comfortable area rugs and an old school downtown vibe.

Amazing stay!!!!
We had such a great stay here—this place just hits. Super clean, fully furnished, and actually stocked with everything you need (which isn’t always the case). The design is on point, cozy but elevated, and perfect for settling in for a longer stay. The building feels really secure too—multiple checkpoints and coded entries, so you always feel good coming and going. Location is clutch…close to everything you need without the chaos. Host was responsive, easy to work with, and clearly cares about the experience. If you’re looking for a smooth, no-stress mid-term rental, this one’s a win. Would 100% stay again.

Could be nice with more pride in ownership
Has potential&good location but not great.Unit was dirty on arrival;trash on floor,excessive pet hair on bedding/carpet, cob webs&dead bugs.Landlord offered to send cleaners back but I declined as I wasn't comfortable once our belongings were in. Vacuum&towels were missing.After receiving,took over 8 FULL vacuum canisters to remove prior tenant's pet hair.Communication often required follow ups to get a response.Did not receive access instructions until the day before move in/only after following up&requesting it.Tub doesn't drain well,you stand in a couple inches of water while showering.No more than 10 mins of hot water.Bath spout is not attached/dangles.Dead spot while turning up the shower heat which randomly shuts water off.Bed is painfully firm,even after we added a 2nd pillow topper. You can hear every word&step from the neighbors.No privacy.Internet is BAD.Was assured it would be sufficient for work purposes but it was NOT. No thermostat or adjustment,in unit.Temps unstable.
