Loved my time here
I stayed in this unit for about 6 months and have nothing but good things to say about it. Initially, the landlord was very open to different lease terms which worked really well for me since I had a need for an odd lease term. The unit was in great shape when I moved in and I didn't have any issues with any of the appliances or furnishings during my stay. It was great that the place was fully furnished and it included things like plates/utensils/towels/some cleaning supplies. There is a very large TV in the main room as well which was included. I really didn't need to buy much except groceries to move-in. The landlord was very responsive any time I texted/called but didn't intrude at all. He would only really initiate a check-in if there was severe weather or some large event going on. He kept the property maintained throughout my stay and the move-out process was very easy as well. Thanks for everything!
Worst furnished finder in Chicago
I wish I could give this property zero stars. I was in this property for a week and there were problems after problems. The only reason it should get one star is because the property owner let me out of the lease. I am here in Chicago as a traveling healthcare worker and experienced broken toilet problems nearly everyday. The owner would try to fix it himself and when he finally hired someone I was informed that I couldn't flush toilet paper which is very unhygienic. The place also flooded during my stay. I ended up having to get out and move all my stuff to a new place before starting my contract. It was the most stressful experiences and the owner was very rude over text. Save yourself the stress and a better place!
