Great Stay - Highly Recommend!
I had a great experience staying with Kate. She was welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and activities nearby. Neema was lots of fun! I would highly recommend a stay with Kate and Neema.

Cozy and Accommodating
I enjoyed my time and was comfortable the whole time! Kate was extremely accommodating and helpful with my night shift schedule. Would highly recommend for a comfortable stay. P.s. Neema loves getting the zoomies before you go to work :)

Home away from Home!
Kates a fantastic host, and her place truly felt like a home away from home during my two-month transition from NY to CLT. Neema deserves a special mention as a great co-host and she kept me company during my stay! When my travel schedule changed and I needed to work from home, Kate was incredibly thoughtful and made sure everything was easy and comfortable. She was super responsive and always helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe, and downtown Matthews is just a mile away, with great breakfast spots and bars for casual hangouts. The backyard is especially relaxing, perfect if you enjoy being outdoors. Id definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Matthews, whether short- or long-term.

Home away from Home!
Staying with Kate and Neema was an absolute pleasure. From day one, Kate made sure I felt at home and was incredibly accommodating, especially when my work schedule shifted and I needed to rework my WFH setup. The house is tucked away in a beautiful, quiet Matthews neighborhood that feels safe and friendly. Neema was honestly the highlight of my stay the sweetest little companion who kept me company on my downtime. Downtown Matthews is just a short walk away with plenty of great spots to unwind, and the overall location made my two-month stay easy and enjoyable. Id definitely recommend this place to traveling professionals or anyone looking for a comfortable short-term stay. I loved every day of my time there.
