I stayed for 3 months and very much enjoyed the peace and quiet. Sach is a very endearing person. House is immaculate, in a great neighborhood and surrounded by all the conveniences you expect. Alta is as pleasant a dog as you could possibly hope for to encounter.

We landed in Reno very exhausted after a big move and found a sanctuary. The landlord and property are lovely and quiet and we slept well in the lovely home and laughed deeply with the owner. SW Reno offers many, many conveniences and the home is in an exclusive, safe and welcoming neighborhood. The rented area is open to an unused lower-level area so renters can enjoy an open feel. There are sunrises and snow-capped, mountain views since the space is above rooflines. Our stay was brief but our minds and bodies replenished deeply in the quiet space. Not only do we recommend staying here we wish we could have stayed longer. The owner is accommodating, friendly, fascinating and respectful of a renter's space.
