Comfy Condo in Great Proximity to Hospitals

Well-located and cozy place. Wonderful landlords!

Allison & Rich were great landlords! They were super easy to communicate with, flexible, and responsive when there was any occasional issue to be fixed. The kitchen and the 1/2 bathroom downstairs had recently been redone. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook, bake, and store food! Everything was new, except for the stove and refrigerator. I really liked cooking there! This was a very spacious townhome with a garage. A wonderful asset during the winter! One of the reasons I chose it was for being very close to CUMC Mercy Bergan. When I was alone and w/o a car, I felt very safe and could walk to work. Despite being a residential neighborhood, it has plenty of options of restaurants and delivery nearby. I didn't give this property five stars only because there were a couple things that needed to be updated. Allison and Rich were very open to suggestions. I recommend it and would return to their property if I had another assignment there.
