Don't do it

I wish I had written this review sooner but I stayed here for 6hrs back in October of 2025. This house is filthy and infested with all sorts of bugs and rodents. It's been poorly kept up with, that cabinets were falling off the walls, blinds were missing, appliances weren't installed correctly, & black mold in the bathroom. I had to report this house to the state and to furnished finder. Luckily, I did not sign a lease & was able to leave shortly after my arrival. I recommend walking through OR just booking elsewhere. Good luck but don't do it.

You get what you pay for

Be cautious renting this property. At move-in, there was a clear spider infestation multiple dead spiders despite a $300 cleaning fee, plus ongoing sightings that required several rounds of pest control at our expense. There was no disclosure of a rodent issue, yet the house had rat traps on arrival. During our stay, we found a dead rat behind the fridge and another loose inside. The area felt unsafe, with frequent loud music, police sirens, and packages stolen by homeless individuals. We also had repeated issues with the ADU tenant (hostile texts, notes, unwanted contact), and the landlord did not take meaningful action. Although advertised as travel nurse friendly, we were charged a $3,750 lease-breaking fee with no option for installments contradicting the expected flexibility.
