Everything I Needed
I had a wonderful experience renting from Sue during my time in DC. The room was very clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed: quality bedding, plenty of towels, good lighting options, and a small TV. Having my own full-size bathroom was a real bonus and made the space feel much more private and comfortable than a typical rental. Sue herself is an absolute pleasure. She is an excellent communicator who checked in regularly to make sure I was settling in well, and she was incredibly helpful as I learned my way around the neighborhood. The location is fantastic. There is easy access to both metro and bus lines, and the neighborhood is very walkable with restaurants, a prominent DC bookstore, a gym, and two pharmacies all within easy reach. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for comfortable, convenient housing in DC.
