Cute place to stay

This was a cute little house to stay in! Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Karen was a quick to respond whenever I had any maintenance issues. There's a nice fenced yard where my dog could go run outside. Restaurants, shops, and UVA hospital are all within a 15min drive

Refused refund

After being in the house less than 48 hours I was inundated with black ants. Carpet, couch, kitchen. My service animal would only sit on the bed...whike she would watch the ants crawl. I got ant bite. I packed up moved to hotel. Kay verbalized her understanding was empathetic and told me she'd give a full refund.$1033. Cuz she charged for my service dog. She said shed have pest control come and offered for me to come back. I could not take the chance and endure that experience again. She understood and again said she'd refund my deposits. 2 days later she said if I paid the 3 months rent, shed return deposit, ...VA law.
