Quiet/Homey 3 Bed 2.5 Bath Home in Knoxville

We could not be happier with our time at this house. My family and I stayed here after relocating to the area so that we could take our time, learn the area and search for permanent housing. I am a remote worker and there was plenty of space to set up a work area. The wifi is also very fast and reliable and there were no issues with video calls. The house is quite comfortable and very well stocked with everything that you could possibly need. The neighborhood is nice & quiet and all of the neighbors are super friendly. To top it off, the landlord is incredible. She is more than willing to do anything that she can to make your stay as pleasant a possible. She is always available and responds very quickly to any questions or needs that you may have. It can be stressful signing a lease to live in a house that you haven't seen in person, but this place is great. Don't hesitate to reach out to Britney.

Great stay!

Everything was great! The house is nice and very spacious. It is in a nice, safe neighborhood. There is a large, fenced backyard that was great for our dog. Britney was super helpful and made sure we had everything we need. I definitely recommend staying here!
