This is good enough for a short stay, especially during summer. It's a 15 minute walk from Malden center and everything close by. Host is professional and courteous.

Very welcoming stay

Words are just not enough to say how thankful I am that I was able to call this place my home for the last 13 weeks. Mrs Phuong Diane and her husband has been so welcoming and helpful during my stay. Top tier communication and hospitality this was one of the most cleanest house I've been too. Thank you for opening your doors to me. If I return to Massachusetts Mrs Phuong is the first person I will be contacting.

Diane, a professional and helpful landlord, provided all the necessary information before I moved in. Later, I met her and her friendly husband. The house and my room were clean, comfortable, and cozy. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. If youre looking for a place near Boston with a private driveway, a quiet atmosphere, and impeccable cleanliness, Diane and her husband are the ideal choice. They were accommodating, especially considering my job as a Flight Attendant that requires me to come and go at all hours. I never felt like my privacy was being violated, and they always made me feel welcome. The neighborhood appeared safe, and I left my car outside with valuables, and it remained untouched.
