The Villages is a 55+ community, however that is not a hard rule . There is no children allowed to stay in this area for more than 30 days. So this house would be better for adults with no children. 4 large oak trees keep the house shaded during the day. The area is very quiet with mostly retired neighbors. Owner will maintain the yard mowing, if desired at no additional cost. We do keep a mower on site.

2 Bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room that can sleep 2 as well. The washer and dryer are in the attached garage. The covered carport can easily be used for an outside patio and park 2+ vehicles. Perfect rental
I am from Massachusetts. I stayed for 3 1/2 months in the winter. 2 large bedrooms with clean comfy beds and 2 big bathrooms. A large open concept kitchen dining and living areas. I was thrilled to find this hidden gem in lovely Lady Lake! Shirley was a delightful landlord. Thank you for a fabulous stay!
