Cozy & Safe Stay

I recently stayed her from January to April during my travel nurse contract. The location was perfect; close to the 101, downtown Chandler and Gilbert. The home is comfortable, cozy and quiet. The beds are both comfortable as well. The neighborhood is cute and quiet with a great pool area. We had a covered parking spot which was also great. Josh was an awesome landlord and I wouldn't hesitate to rent from him again!

I had a fantastic stay at this condo! The location is excellent, centrally located in the Phoenix metro area. The condo itself is comfortable, safe, and had everything I needed. Working with the landlord was a breeze. Communication was prompt and clear, making the entire process smooth from start to finish. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great condo with everything you need!

The condo was very clean and had everything I needed for my stay, including comfortable beds and all of the kitchen essentials! The property is in a quiet residential area with walkable neighborhoods and a park nearby, great for morning and evening walks. The location made it easy to feel at home, and it was also convenient for getting to downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, and downtown Gilbert to enjoy restaurants and activities. Josh was a great host. He was easy to reach, clear in his communication, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. He went out of his way to make the stay smooth, and it was clear that he cares about making guests feel welcome. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable place with a host who takes good care of his property and guests!

Great Experience!

I briefly rented from Josh prior to him joining furnished finder while in between places. He was very accommodating, communicative and quick to respond to any questions/concerns that came up. The condo was very clean upon move in, and the beds/couch were very comfortable. I felt very safe and homey! Would rent again if in the area.
