Cozy Kailua Studio
This unit is lovely. If I wasn't relocating back to the mainland, I'd stay forever. The location is walkable to anything you'd need, including grocery stores, workout studios, coffee shops, the post office, restaurants, and of course, THE BEACH! I was lucky enough to be the first tenant for Daniel and his wife and it was a great experience. The family is very kind and respectful and communication was easy. The space, although small, is organized really well. The studio has everything I needed and the floor plan makes it feel spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and the unit has a lot of privacy. 10/10, would definitely recommend.
