Great location!

This condo is in a great location in North Myrtle Beach! It is withing walking distance/short drive to stores, restaurants and the beach. My husband and I stayed for a month while we were awaiting our new home to become available. The landlord is extremely pleasant and accommodating. Please be aware that there is no dining room table in the condo and it is on the third floor (no elevator) which may be difficult to maneuver for seniors or disabled persons. The community is very quiet and there is a nice deck to enjoy. There are two great pools to also explore. Overall, we had a great stay!

Great landlord, great place

This condo is very comfortable! The patio overlooks the pool. There are very nice people in the condos near by. It is walkable to the Walmart, Lowes and restaurants. Samanda was very attentive if any problems arose. She checked to see if we needed anything or had any questions. We would have no problem staying here again.
