Central to Mountain Biking Mecca- 2bd/2ba on Empire Grade

Awesome Property!!

I stayed at this property while working on a project in Santa Cruz; everything about it was fantastic! It's up in the mountains on a gated lot; the location is perfect (about 17 min. to Santa Cruz, 10 min. to Felton, 17 min. to Scotts Valley). It's a very scenic, beautiful, and peaceful spot. The inside of the house was immaculate. The host provides everything needed for a short term stay. Every draw and cupboard that you open is perfectly stocked and organized. The host, Chantel is very amiable and reasonable to deal with. She does ask that you treat the property with care. State parks are located just a few minutes away. The fireplace is amazing; a few logs warms the house all night. The appliances are all brand new and very high end. There is a large desk available to work from, with a fully stocked printer in case you need to print any documents. Both rooms have high end, memory foam mattresses. My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer. Overall I would rate it a 5/5.
